Personality:
Kozi is a very open person, but in times of deep thought he can be very very silent. He often means one thing when he says another. He loves riddles, and tricks. Kozi's personality is outwardly friendly, and he has a sense of humor. He will sometimes make jokes about things that are quite serious. Sometimes it seems his priorities are skewed, but he's completely sane and very reasonable. At his age, he's mastered the art of facial expressions, so he can read faces like a book as well as put on perfect expressions to convey what he wants expressed. He doesn't appear to dislike anything, but he's quite fond of information he wasn't previously aware of, and his cats. He has two that are very old, and probably near death. He is a very determined individual that will not give up on anything. He doesn't believe in failer. To him everything is a puzzle that just needs to be solved. He has also a pretty big attachment to his cane that he carries around though he can walk just fine without it.

Staff position: Doctor. [Ruka's replacement]

History: He's a genious in the field with original ideas, and he initially had plans to retire when he was offered a job at 304 asylum. Being the type that never refuses a challenge, he accepts. He was Ruka's doctor previously, and Ruka was the one case he was unable to help with. Now, however, he knows what troubles Ruka and has an idea how to help him, though he's in no hurry to solve the problem. He thinks because Ruka has all the education nessicary to figure himself out, he should.
